We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times in getting your property to market. You will first receive your free property valuation within 24 hours of visiting the property. Once the paperwork is complete, market instruction happens within 1 hour. Tenancy agreements are also finalised within 48 hours of approving a tenant. Our team will also arrange any necessary pre-tenancy works, conduct deposit registration, and carry out requisite inventory and check-ins.
